Oleg Siniaguine, Ph.D.
FOUNDER, PRESIDENT

Oleg Siniaguine, a highly accomplished innovator, inventor and entrepreneur, is the founder and the President of OSNovative Systems, Inc.
Oleg is a rare individual able to single-handedly drive the product through all the stages of its development, from conception to manufacturing, while satisfying business, intellectual property and regulatory standards.
 As a scientist, Oleg has over 20 years of hands-on experience in the research and development of materials and devices, including products for acute, chronic and combat wound care. As an entrepreneur, Oleg has extensive knowledge of the medical device industry and is known for his innovative approach to business development and introducing new products. 
Relentless entrepreneurship and a sophisticated technical background that includes a high level of expertise in micro- and nanotechnologies and devices have enabled Oleg to found pioneering business enterprises in the medical product and high technology fields.
Oleg has been an inventor of over 100 issued US and international patents, many of which have served as a basis for new products, processes and companies. He also presided over or held product development leadership roles in such innovative companies as PolyRemedy, PlasmaMed, Tru-Si Technologies, PJT Corp, Hughes Electronics. 
Oleg holds a Ph.D. in Technology and a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Moscow University.

Vicki Fischenich RN, MSN, GNP-BC, WCC
DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL AFFAIRS

Vicki is responsible for clinical trials, customer education, communication, and support. She supports customers with wound care consultations, reviews products and materials to optimize training and clinical effectiveness, and serves as a primary liaison with healthcare professionals. Prior to joining OSNovative, she worked at the Southwest Regional Wound Care Center with Dr. Randall Wolcott.  
In Vicki's 25+ years in the medical field, she has developed expertise in the clinical management of wounds, new product studies, and in the development of wound care prevention and treatment protocols. Vicki is an author of several articles on wound care as well.
Vicki received her Bachelor of Science in Radiology Technology from Midwestern State University, and her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas.

 

Dmytro Krasnov, Ph.D.
VICE PRESIDENT OF TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATIONS

Dmytro Krasnov is the company leader in product development and manufacturing, and compliance with the US and international medical device standards.
With more than 20 years of experience in the high technology field, Dmytro has had many senior engineering and project leadership roles. He has worked as a project group leader and a principal process development scientist for universities, research institutions and the medical device industry. Dmytro has more than 50 scientific publications and patents.
Dmytro has specific wound care product development experience as the Director of Technology of PolyRemedy, Inc., a pioneer in creating customizable wound dressings based on nanofiber materials and point-of-care robotic systems. 
Dmytro joined OSNovative Systems, Inc. as Vice President of Technology and Operations. His principal responsibilities include developing and scaling up technological processes, supervising operations and manufacturing, and ensuring quality control, domestic and international regulatory compliance and adherence to GMP guidelines.
Dmytro holds a Ph.D. in Material Science from Moscow University.
